Doric 神經光子學實驗系統 Neuro-photonics Experiment Systems
神經光子學(Neuro-photonics)實驗來自雷射或LED光源的光,經光纖傳送至腦組織切片或至頭部被固定或活動自如之動物的腦部。
光纖光度測定(Fiber photometry)及微型化螢光顯微鏡檢(Miniature fluorescence microscopy)則為監測活動自如動物之腦細胞活性改變之理想工具。兩者皆利用激勵光來產生螢光信號,此一信號卻是神經元活性之指標。兩者間之相異處在:光纖光度測定系統偵測一群標記之細胞的螢光信號;螢光顯微鏡檢系統則記錄了視野內之光信號影像。
